your company to date and on my most recent order, I MADE A CHANGE after it was placed, actually it was
shipping the DAY I called! I called to see if the change could be made and was more than willing to pay
for the personalization change I wanted. The customer service rep, went into the back and grabbed the
order which was awaiting shipment, the change was made and at NO additional cost to me. It arrived today
and I am so thrilled. You need a chat board so all of your happy customers can brag about you on your
site and potential customers can see what a great company you are. Thank you SO MUCH. My newest little
rescue puppy carMela is very happy with her new leash and we are thrilled.
