Forms of Payment

Our company accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs or cash payments unless merchandise is picked up in person. Personal/bank checks and money orders are accepted but they may cause a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank.

Credit Card Charges
Our company will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card immediately following the point of purchase online or over the phone. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified right away and asked to make corrections. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and funds will be transferred securely to our company. Your credit card will be charged within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of shipping.

Amount of Credit Card Charges
When you place your order online or over the phone, you will be presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any service, shipping, or sales tax charges that are applicable. You will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to Minnesota. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. For this reason, you must make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly. This e-mail will include an itemized list of all the charges associated with your order.

No E-Mail Confirmation of Charges was Received
If you do not receive your order confirmation within twenty-four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic or other unforseen causes. If this happens, please feel free to contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.
