A Gift Certificate from our company is perfect for any occasion! Add
a Gift Certificate to your shopping basket by following the steps below.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your order has been
processed. Depending on the delivery method you choose, your recipient
will receive their Gift Certificate either by e-mail or by postal mail
on the day (or as close to as possible) you specify.
Gift Certificate Payment
Our company accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not
accept CODs or cash payments unless merchandise is picked up in person.
Personal/bank checks and money orders are accepted but they may cause
a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank.
Sending a Gift Certificate to an Alternate Address
We can send Gift Certificates via postal mail or e-mail to anyone you
specify. All we need is a valid mailing address or e-mail address.
You may personalize your gift certificate with up to a 35 characters
of text.
Gift Certificate Expirations
Gift Certificates expire one year from the delivery date unless otherwise
noted. Redeeming a Gift Certificate
Step 1:
Select any items you'd like to purchase and place them in your Shopping
Cart.
Step 2:
View your shopping cart and enter the promotional code that you received
with your gift certificate as part of the instructions on how to use
your gift certificate. Enter your code in the box that looks like:
If you were given a customer code, enter it here, then click SUBMIT.
Step 3:
Select a method of payment. Pick whatever method you plan on using
to pay any remaining balances and then press the "CHECKOUT"
button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4:
You will next be asked to enter your "Destination ZIP/Postal
Code" and your "Destination Country". Enter this information
and press the "CONTINUE" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5:
Fill in all of your "Billing Information" and "Shipping
Information" and press continue at the bottom of the page.
Step 6:
Check your order total information carefully to make sure it credited
you for your gift certificate and then type your "Gift Certificate
Serial Number" in the box called "Customer comments:".
Your gift certificate serial number came included in instructions
on how to use your gift certificate. If you do not include this serial
number at this time your order will be canceled.
If you chose "Secure online credit card payment" as you
payment option, then enter your credit card information at this time.
Once you have typed in your serial number and any additional needed
information, then press the "CONTINUE" button at the bottom
of the page.
Step 7:
Finish processing your order and remember to print a copy of your
invoice for your records.
Gift Certificate Replacement
All Gift Certificates have a unique serial number. If the Gift Certificate
has not been used, our customer service representatives will be happy
to send you another one via e-mail. Please call us toll-free at (800)

Please be aware that:
Gift Certificates can only be redeemed through our store. Your Gift
Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be
