Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only.

Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at (800) 672-1257 . However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.


Arrival Times

UPS Second Day Air (continental United States only)

Shipment normally arrives three (3) business days after your order has left our location (weekends excluded), provided the item is in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

UPS Domestic Ground Shipping
Shipment normally arrives five to seven (5-7) business days after your order has left our location (weekends excluded), provided the item is in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

Change of Delivery Addresses
If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please call us immediately at (800) 672-1257. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Sales Tax
Currently sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus handling charges for orders delivered to Minnesota only. There is never any sales tax on orders delivered to AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR or any other states at this time.
