MyRope.com ships within the US and worldwide. We use FEDEX or US Postal Service to ship our products. Determine Order Amount in the chart below to see how much shipping will be. Shipping costs will automatically be added when you checkout.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada will have an additional $15 automatically added to the shipping cost at checkout.

Returns
Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will be free of manufacturer's defects. The item will be evaluated by a third party (repair service/consultant) and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. MyRope.com will apply a 25% Restocking Fee to any approved returned items not due to manufacturers error or defect. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order or refuse delivery, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.
If a product is returned/refused without the approval of MyRope customer service, no refund will be issued. Reason being, all products are custom made/logo'd and can not be reused.
Returning a Purchase
Please call MyRope 800-672-1257 if you are not satisfied with your product. We would love to talk with you before you send it back. If you do end up returning your product, please allow 14 days from the day you return, to be credited or an exchange made.
