orders ship within one week of receiving the order. We
always try to ship within 2 weeks (or 10 business days).
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground so please allow 3-5
business days for shipping, depending on which part of
the country you are in.

Are
the ropes soft? |

Yes.
The rope is made of solid braid polypropylene so it does
not absorb moisture. This is also why our ropes float.
Absorption of moisture will cause ropes to become dry
and brittle. Because our ropes repel moisture they will
remain soft. |

many letters can I fit on the tag? |

characters, including spaces. The more characters you
use, the smaller the letters must become to fit them on
the label. |

we are only able to embroider one side. |
